At CONVIRTIENDO, O.E., we process personal data collected via the website www.convirtiendo.net for the following purposes:
- In case of contracting the services offered via www.convirtiendo.net or specific quotations agreed with each client, to maintain the contractual relationship as well as manage, administer, provide information about, and improve the service.
- Sending requested information through the forms available on www.convirtiendo.net.
- Sending newsletters and commercial communications relating to promotions and/or advertising from CONVIRTIENDO and the sector.
You may object to receiving commercial communications at any time and by any means, by sending an email to the address provided above.

Where users upload files containing personal data to servers used for shared hosting, CONVIRTIENDO, O.E. accepts no responsibility for users’ non-compliance with the GDPR.
Data Retention in Accordance with the LSSI
As a data hosting service provider, CONVIRTIENDO, O.E. informs that, pursuant to Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), it retains information necessary to identify the origin of the hosted data and the time the service was provided for a maximum of 12 months. This retention does not affect the confidentiality of communications and may only be used as part of a criminal investigation or public safety matter, made available to judges, courts, or the relevant ministry upon request.
The communication of data to law enforcement will be conducted in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
Intellectual Property Rights
CONVIRTIENDO, O.E. owns all copyright, intellectual and industrial property rights, know-how, and any other rights related to the contents of the website www.convirtiendo.net and the services offered therein, as well as the necessary software and related information for its implementation.
Reproduction, publication and/or use of website content, whether total or partial, beyond strictly private use is prohibited without prior written consent.
Software Intellectual Property
Users must respect third-party software provided by CONVIRTIENDO, O.E., even if it is free and/or publicly available. CONVIRTIENDO, O.E. holds the necessary exploitation and intellectual property rights for the software.
Users do not acquire any right or licence over the software required to provide the service, nor over any technical service monitoring information, except for the rights and licences necessary to fulfil the services contracted and only for their duration.
Any actions beyond contract fulfilment require written authorisation from CONVIRTIENDO, O.E. Users are prohibited from accessing, modifying or viewing the configuration, structure and files of servers owned by CONVIRTIENDO, O.E. Users assume civil and criminal liability for any damage caused to servers and security systems as a direct consequence of negligent or malicious action.
Intellectual Property of Hosted Content
The use of services provided by CONVIRTIENDO, O.E. that violates intellectual property laws is prohibited, specifically:
- Use that contravenes Spanish law or infringes third-party rights.
- The publication or transmission of content that, in CONVIRTIENDO, O.E.’s judgment, is violent, obscene, abusive, illegal, racist, xenophobic or defamatory.
- Any content infringing third-party intellectual property rights.
- The collection or use of other users’ personal data without their explicit consent or in violation of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
- Use of the domain’s email server or addresses for the sending of unsolicited bulk email (spam).
Users are fully responsible for their website content, transmitted and stored information, hyperlinks, third-party claims, and any legal actions relating to intellectual property.
Third-Party Rights and Protection of Minors
Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations relating to online services, e-commerce, copyright, public order, and universal principles governing internet usage.
Users shall indemnify CONVIRTIENDO, O.E. for any legal costs incurred as a result of claims arising from actions attributable to the user, including legal fees, even if no final court judgment has been issued.
Protection of Hosted Information
CONVIRTIENDO, O.E. makes backup copies of hosted content on its servers; however, it accepts no responsibility for data loss or accidental deletion by third parties. Full data recovery is not guaranteed, as deleted or modified data may not be recoverable if changes occurred since the last backup.
Except for services specifically contracted as backup services, restoring data from backups due to user error may incur an additional fee, depending on recovery complexity and volume, subject to prior acceptance by the user.
Restoration of deleted data is included in the service price only where data loss is attributable to CONVIRTIENDO, O.E.
Commercial Communications
In accordance with the LSSI, CONVIRTIENDO, O.E. will not send advertising or promotional emails unless previously requested or expressly authorised by recipients.
In cases where a prior contractual relationship exists, CONVIRTIENDO, O.E. is authorised to send commercial communications relating to digital marketing and web development services similar to those previously contracted by the client.
In all cases, users may, upon proof of identity, request that no further commercial information be sent through Customer Service channels.
