The user agrees to:

1. Use the Web Space and its contents and services properly and lawfully, in accordance with: (i) the applicable legislation at all times; (ii) these General Conditions of Use of the Web Space; (iii) generally accepted morals and good customs; and (iv) public order.
2. Provide all the technical means and requirements needed to access the Web Space.
3. Provide truthful information when completing their personal data in the forms contained in the Web Space and keep them updated at all times so that they correspond to the User’s real situation. The User shall be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for any damages caused to the company or third parties for the information provided.

Notwithstanding the above, the User must also refrain from:

1. Making unauthorized or fraudulent use of the Web Space and/or its contents for illicit purposes or effects, prohibited in these General Conditions of Use, harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or that in any way may damage, disable, overload, deteriorate, or prevent the normal use of the services or documents, files and any kind of content stored on any computer equipment.

2. Accessing or attempting to access restricted areas of the Web Space, without meeting the conditions required for such access.

3. Causing damage to the physical or logical systems of the Web Space, its providers, or third parties.

4. Introducing or spreading computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that may cause damage to the physical or logical systems of the company, providers, or third parties.

5. Attempting to access, use, and/or manipulate the company’s, providers’, and other Users’ data.

    

6. Reproducing or copying, distributing, allowing public access through any form of public communication, transforming, or modifying the contents, unless authorized by the holder of the corresponding rights or it is legally permitted.

    

7. Removing, concealing, or manipulating intellectual or industrial property rights notices and other identifying data of the rights of the company or third parties incorporated into the contents, as well as technical protection devices or any information mechanisms that may be included in the contents.

8. Obtaining or attempting to obtain the contents using means or procedures other than those, as the case may be, made available for this purpose or expressly indicated on the Web pages where the contents are located or, in general, those commonly used on the Internet as long as they do not entail a risk of damage or disablement of the Web Space and/or the contents.

9. In particular, and merely by way of example and not limitation, the User agrees not to transmit, disseminate, or make available to third parties any information, data, content, messages, graphics, drawings, sound and/or image files, photographs, recordings, software, and, in general, any kind of material that:

   
   

   • In any way is contrary to, undermines, or violates fundamental rights and public freedoms recognized constitutionally, in International Treaties, and in the remaining current legislation.

   • Induces, incites, or promotes criminal, denigrating, defamatory, violent actions, or, in general, actions contrary to the law, morality, generally accepted good customs, or public order.

   • Induces, incites, or promotes discriminatory actions, attitudes, or thoughts based on sex, race, religion, beliefs, age, or condition.

   • Incorporates, makes available, or allows access to products, elements, messages, and/or services that are criminal, violent, offensive, harmful, degrading, or, in general, contrary to the law, morality, and generally accepted good customs or public order.

   • Induces or may induce an unacceptable state of anxiety or fear.

   • Induces or incites involvement in dangerous, risky, or harmful practices for health and mental balance.

   • Is protected by intellectual or industrial protection legislation belonging to the company or to third parties without having been authorized for the intended use.

   • Is contrary to honor, personal and family privacy, or the self-image of individuals.

   • Constitutes any type of advertising.

   • Includes any type of virus or program that prevents the normal operation of the Web Space.

If, to access some of the services and/or contents of the Web Space, a password is provided, you are obliged to use it diligently, keeping it secret at all times. Consequently, you are responsible for its proper custody and confidentiality, committing not to transfer it to third parties, either temporarily or permanently, nor to allow access to said services and/or contents by unauthorized persons.

Likewise, you agree to notify the company of any event that may involve improper use of your password, such as, by way of example, its theft, loss, or unauthorized access, in order to proceed with its immediate cancellation. Consequently, until you make the above notification, the company will be exempt from any liability that may arise from the improper use of your password, being your responsibility for any illicit use of the contents and/or services of the Web Space by any illegitimate third party.

If you negligently or willfully breach any of the obligations established in these General Conditions of Use, you will be liable for all damages that may arise for the company as a result of such breach.
